The audiobooks on this app are those which are in the public domain. This means books which no longer have copyright, usually 70-100 years after the author’s death. 

So you can search for famous authors such as William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, Mary Wollenstonecraft and Sun Tzu. 

There isn’t a catalog of books in the app to browse through before you enter your search term, so if you want ideas on books to search for, you could check out a website like https://www.feedbooks.com/catalog/public_domain beforehand to see what books are in the public domain. 

Once you have your book title, go to ‘Search’. Key in the author’s name and search by clicking on ‘Author (last name)’ or key in the book title and search by ‘Title’. 

There is also an option to key in the author’s name or book title and search using ‘Genre/Subject’ but Kobi didn’t see the point of that when you could search by author and title. 

If you don’t have a book title in mind, try keying in genre and choose ‘Genre/Subject’. Kobi didn’t know what to search for so he tried keying in ‘philosophy’ and then ‘biography’ under ‘Genre/Subject’. Many search results appeared both times. Kobi then tried keying in ‘thriller’ but there were no search results. 

Reminder: Search for genres that existed 70 – 100 years ago!
