Good for:

Reading documents in tiny font. Also good for those with presbyopia or other visual impairments that make reading small print difficult.

How it works:

The app allows you to use your camera to zoom in on objects and magnify them. Simply point your camera at anything you would like to magnify, zoom in to your desired level, then hit freeze.

The good:

This is a great accessibility tool. It comes with filters that can increase contrast, which may be useful for people with certain types of color blindness and visual impairment.

The bad:

You can’t zoom in to pictures previously taken. This may not be ideal as it can be difficult to get a steady picture when the camera is fully zoomed in.

It would be even better if filters were tailored for different visual impairments.

The app would also be improved by supporting the viewing of other files such as PDFs.
