There are 3 options for massage styles: ‘Constant’ (your phone vibrates non-stop), ‘Simple’ (intervals between vibrations), and ‘Pattern’ (you can pick a preset vibration pattern).
Select an option and press ‘Start’. Koibi’s tip: If your back hurts, try lying flat on your back with the phone under your sore spot. The vibration strength depends on the phone you’re using.
There are many different settings for you to figure out what can relieve your muscles aches.
If your phone vibration is weak, you may have to lie down for a longer time before the massage is effective.
