A simple hack to get things done.

Good for:

Focusing on those deadlines.

How it works:

The Pomodoro Technique is a well-loved system for focusing on the task at hand. Split your task into 25-minute blocks (and be realistic about what you can complete in that time). After 25 minutes, take a short 5-minute break. After every 4 blocks of 25 minutes, take a longer break of 20 minutes. By setting these short time blocks, the technique prevents you from distractions or over-multitasking — which ends up getting less done. The app has three separate timers for these three different time blocks.

The good:

Easy to set with clear and large typeface. The magic lies in its simplicity. Kobi loved the flexibility – you can adjust the timings to be shorter or longer than 25 minutes if you prefer to work in shorter spurts or longer stretches.

The bad:

Nothing — everything works here, so you should too!
