It seems this app only allows a radio station to start playing after several ads have appeared. It took more than a minute to load before I could hear something playing. And the ads appear right smack in the centre of the station page. Plus, the radio stations require data or wifi to work, so note to self: Kobi will tune in only when there’s free wifi! 

Not all stations worked but those that did had clear sound. I had success with several sub channels under ‘Bangla Betar’, for instance. ‘BBC Bangla’ however only played to announce: ‘There are no programmes on this channel.’.
