This app allows you to read pre-loaded ebooks by scrolling through ‘Categories’ or ‘Collections’. Within a book, its ‘Book Menu’ tab leads me to other useful links — like ‘Other Similar Books’ or ‘Change Book Font’. The books can also be ‘Added to Library’ for easy pick-ups later. I tried downloading the ebooks for offline reading as recommended, but couldn’t, unfortunately. Still, this is a great app in terms of content, because it enables young readers to explore important topics and even be inspired to action. Stories feature women in tech, people of colour, teen pregnancies, the refugee crisis and more.
