Good for:

Those who want to play chess anywhere

How it works:

Use the D-Pad to navigate the chess board. Select a piece using the mic button, and highlighted tiles will appear around the selected piece.

You can move the piece to either one of these highlighted tiles by selecting the tile. The game is over when you or your opponent’s king piece is eliminated from the board.

The good:

You can play it solo, or play with a friend by pressing the bottom left option to switch modes.

The bad:

The game could include a short tutorial for those who are still learning the rules of chess.

The chess board is also missing board notations, which makes it difficult for players to keep track of their movements.
