Good for:

A quick core workout if you don’t have much time or space

How it works:

There is a small arrow symbol on the bottom right of the screen. Select this arrow using the top right button on the phone keypad to scroll through the 8 options for workouts. There are 3 different exercises in each workout.

A description of the exercise appears on the screen and a graphic of a human figure shows what the pose looks like.

At the end of the 3 exercises, you can press the ‘Restart’ button. You can choose to do the same workout or change it.

The good:

The exercises are fairly easy to do without professional supervision. You can generally see what the poses are like from the graphics, so hopefully you won’t go far wrong to injure yourself.

The bad:

The graphics of the human doing the exercises are very small and not very clear, so sometimes you may not know what the pose is supposed to look like.
