Period Tracker

No-nonsense app for tracking your menstrual cycle

Good for:

People who menstruate

How it works:

The app starts by asking users to log the duration of their cycle and length of menstruation. For both, users can also check the option “I don’t know”, where a general 28-day cycle and 6-day period will be applied. From there, users can log period dates. This lets the app chart the next cycle on the calendar. Menstruation dates are in pink, ovulation in green. As with other such tracking apps, this is useful for those with regular cycles.

The good:

Light in terms of storage space and very easy to navigate.

The bad:

Forward prediction shows just the upcoming month, making planning a little limited.
